POSTAGE & RETURN POLICY |

Postage is based on your address, country and post code. Postage is not shown at the time of checkout.
Please add all of your items you want in the shopping cart and proceed to check out.
When we receive your order we will email you the postage costs within 24 hours business days.
Postage costs are all charged at Australia Post prices plus $1.00 packaging and handling fee.
We can give an approximate estimate of postage prices prior to orders but not the exact cost.
We do not give refunds on products simply because you change your mind or have ordered the wrong items. But please email me within 24 hours of receiving your order if any thing is faulty.
We do not take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post. We post all orders registered post ($2.75) if you do not want this please state in your order. Registered post covers up to $100 lost or damaged items in the post. An additional $1.25 per $100 but this is optional.
For payment we accept credit cards, direct deposit, cheque and money order.
If your credit card is declined we will add an extra $1.00 to your order.
RETURNS
If we post the wrong item we will pay to ship the new item and the return postage.
If it is something you wish to return for your own reasons then you will have to pay the return and new postage costs.
All returns are subject to exchange only.
Do not return anything until you have contacted me first.
